These Shoes are Made for Walking

It's simple.  At my annual doctor visit, I had gained one pound since last year.  However, last year I had gained three pounds since the last year, and the year before that . . . .
Do you get the picture?

Three evenings a week - we're walking.  I'm not complaining, but I've found that just cutting back doesn't cut it any more.  Doing does.  I hate the Doing part.
