Something New

 Ok, so I always make my menu.  Every.  Week.  I write it on the Menu Board on the fridge.  Always.  It's my safe-guard.  Last week Martin said he really felt like hamburgers.  I had planned something else.  He insisted.  I knew I had won, because I had no buns, and it was Sunday.  Ha!  Then he said, "Why don't you make some?"  Doh. So I went to my favorite bread recipe place - King Arthur Flour - and found this recipe.
 You  know it's a good recipe when it calls for the kitchen scales.
 They were a snap.
And quite tasty, too. I guess the, "I don't have any buns," excuse isn't going to work anymore.
