Here we are in front of the new house - 2316 Brandywine. We closed last Friday and the movers came on Tuesday. Unforfunately, we had the storm of the century on Tuesday and got caught in a real downpour. No tornadoes on our property, but we were sloshing through several feet of water and mud. During the thick of the storm, the movers' truck broke down and left us with the remainder of the house to move over.
We've been driving back and forth for three days now bringing over the last of the goods. It has been crazy with all the installations and packing/unpacking. Somehow our internet got cut off a week early and we got re-connected last night. Everyone seems to be adjusting fine except the dog. I think he'll adapt eventually.
I had somehow packed away my camera charger, but have located it, so the blog will be up and running from here on out. Stop by and see our new house!
