Let's Begin Somewhere

 We've been absent for nearly three weeks.  We had a great vacation, but I'm not ready to go there yet.
So, here is a strawberry gallette I made a few days before we took off.  The recipe is made for the grill, but I didn't have time for that, so I baked it. I had never eaten baked strawberries before.  We topped it with whipped cream.  D-Vine.  Gone in one sitting.  We had the elders over.  Everything was gone in one sitting.  Next time I want to make these.
