Back from the Abyss

 Pulled this out of the freezer this morning.  It's my homemade spaghetti sauce that we've fallen in love with.  Easy to make and store.  I've been in migraine land since Friday - so I missed the Royal Wedding and basically the weekend.  It finally melted away around lunch time today, so I thought I'd do something simple for dinner tonight and went with an old stand-by.
It's three simple ingredients and I got the recipe here.  It has been a life saver (and a money saver too).   I keep 12 cans of whole tomatoes in the panty for my three month supply.  Silly?  Not really, we have this meal once a week and it never gets old.  What's your stand-by meal?
