Halloween Welcome

I found good sized pumpkins early in the month for a good price, so I snatched up a half dozen.
I more or less put them out of the way, trying to decide how much fanfare I wanted to make of our porch/entry.
We went with "scary" last year, but we were in a high traffic area and got some great reactions.  This year we are well tucked away and so I didn't want to go crazy and spend a lot of money or energy on our front entry.
We decided not to be too scary, but a little whimsical.  We put the painted pumpkins in the front garden area.
We put two of them near the front door to tie it all together.
Of course, when I say "we", I mean me and my manager.  Hey, someone has to be in charge.
Here's a view as you come up to the door.  I am thinking about hanging our spider-cocooned man in front of the window three-some.
I've had those finials for years, but they were in the master bath.
"Welcome" seemed appropriate this year, so please know that you all are welcome,
just don't forget to park your broom at the door.
