I have been in my new sewing room for a few months now. It is nearly complete. The old sewing room was taken over and has become a "library". It really is the piano room/computer room/reading room/game playing room. It is multi-purpose.
The thing I am most excited about are the window shades I made, as well as the turquoise cow head. I mean, who isn't excited about that?
I followed this pattern and think they turned out pretty good. They don't move up or down, but I didn't want that hassle. They stay put and look pretty.
Unfortunatly, I was supposed to have completed several projects by now this summer. One is better than none. Right?
