When Henry and I went to Trade Days last week, I saw a quilt wadded up on a chair in one of the booths. I looked it over and saw that it was hand stitched.
I don't know what the blocks are called, but I loved the colors and the fact that it seemed to be made from feedsack cloth. On some of the white pieces, you can still see the printing.
Whoever made this quilt had an eye for color and I love the way she used solids in each piece.
I was really excited to get it home and spread it out.
I cannot wait to clean it up and have it quilted. I love it.
I even love the price more. Cha Ching!
